6-Month Loyalty Discount

Terms & Conditions

1. Automatic Payments: Payments will automatically be deducted on the 15^th day of the month prior to each month for the six months of enrollment using the credit card on file. The discount will be applied in the sixth month.
2. Expired loyalty discounts will be placed on automatic payment with no additional discount, unless you renew your loyalty discount or make other changes to your account before the 13^th of the month prior. You will be informed via email when your loyalty discount ends.
3. Only one break of one month will be allowed during each six month term*. Taking a break will extend the length of your loyalty discount by one month, but you will still only be making six payments. Notice of break must be provided by the 13^thof the month prior. Example:If your loyalty discount starts in January and goes until June, a break of one month will extend the term to July. *If you have reached the maximum number of breaks for the year, you will not be allowed to take any breaks during the six-month term.
4. Discount forfeiture: The full discount will be applied in the sixth month. The following will constitute a forfeiture of the discount:
   • Transfer from one subject to another
   • Transfer from one child to another
   • Taking more than one month of break (if a break is allowed)
   • Stopping a subject, or stopping the program prior to fulfilling the full six months
   • The final discounted month is forfeited if the sixth month’s payment is not fulfilled
5. A new form must be completed to start a new six-month loyalty discount period.
