Meet The Owners
Bharathi Balaji, born in Bangalore India, has made Charlotte her family’s home for the past 3 years. Before moving to sunny North Carolina, Bharathi and her family lived in New Jersey for 15 years. Earning a master’s degree in education, Bharathi became a Montessori teacher and understands the importance of hands-on learning and real-world application to her students. After seeing her own children excel in A Grade Ahead’s Enrichment at Home program, Bharathi knew that opening her own academy would fulfill her need as an educator to see children excel and grow within academics and self-confidence.
