5th Grade English Enrichment Classes
Refine reading and writing skills.
Jump right in with A Grade Ahead’s 5th grade English enrichment classes. It fine-tunes students’ skills with grammar topics and reading strategies, while also allowing students to begin exploring their composition skills. Our curriculum includes language arts topics, such as:
- Correct use of parts of speech
- Expanding verb tense knowledge
- Composing extended response
- Writing essays and letters
- Figurative language
- Poetry
5th grade English students receive weekly work that will focus on vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension or writing.
